"Rahul and I" is correct since if you are talking of urself and some other person than while describing, always the priority is given to the other person and not your ownself. Would like to have some comments from Kapil sir on this.

It is the neither of the option, because it is the first person singular number, which comes before the other two persons if something negative is done. I mean to say that suppose the sentence is " I and Ravi broke the glass."
